   Bottom line is that UFC will continue to grow and strikeforce will sink by the wayside with Fedor simply because UFC is attracting the largest talent pool, and is giving the fans what they want to see which are good fights with good fighters and the kind of fights that fans demand. If Fedor realises this before he has a gray beard then he will have a chance to make big bucks in UFC.Fedor was the best, but if he doesnt fight the current best he should lose that reputation.isnt that fair comment

   Brock Lesnar made $3 million at UFC 100. Fighters outside UFC: Alistair Overeem, Fabricio Werdum, Brett Rodgers, Sergei Kharitonov, Choi Mu Bae, Minowaman, Jerome LeBanner. Antonio Silva, Josh Barnett in JAPAN. Randu Couture is going to Strikeforce after UFC 102. I have a source that tells me about Randy’s move after he beats Nogueira.

   UFC made 1.5 million PPV buys. Thats almost $70 million dollars. With Co-Promotion, Fedor would make $20 million per fight from PPV buys. But M-1 was willing tp pay the fighters their salaries too. So UFC fighters would get paid twice(what UFC pays to them, and M-1 will pay them). This is a disaster for UFC. They dont want their fighters to be paid more than what UFC pays them. In 2006 Chuck made $1.5 million in his fight with Tito Ortiz.

   Affliction only went under cuz they decided to cancel Trilogy. Bodog went under cuz Calvin Ayre was tired of MMA. M-1 was its own company. But sold it to Sibling Entertainment and called it Adrenaline.

   They(vadim) sold the company(m-1 mixed fight) after Pride went under, but it didn’t go under from money. They lost their TV deal cuz of ties with YAKUZA(pride).

   Brock Lesnar made $3 million at UFC 100? I thought Brock made $300,000. Where did you get the $3 million from? That’s a LOT of money for MMA and for only one fight.

    Wait tho, How can you say brock is a #1 heavy weight, he fought 4 guys, 1 of them 2 times, and lost one of them. Fuck Frank MIr, i think there will be better fights outside UFC. A Brock Rogers fight would be good, but both dont belong in fedor discussion. Josh Barnette would beat brock, Couture was in the fight when he fought Brock and Couture is like 80 years old, seeing him fight is like watching Benard Hopkins box. Whatever, UFC sucks and Fedor for the win.

    Normally wouldnt watch a video on youtube all the way through thats this long but it was really good, well thought out and very good points. and laughed at the never, ever…… never.
    I think even if he lost hes still the greatest, hes just getting on in years now.
    10 years undefeated isn’t ever going to be matched.

    P.S. DANA WHITE SUCKS ASS, cant make time for the best p4p fighter in the world. yeah lets talk to him through the phone…

    You say its not about money. But it is, co-promotion is money from sales and merchandise. So it is money. Not only that it also had to do with not allowing Fedor to compete in Sambo.
